You can use find primaries with COPYTREE_SHARE such as;

(cd ${WRKSRC}/wherever && ${COPYTREE_SHARE} \*
${JAVALIBDIR}/${PORTNAME}/wherever "-not -name \*.exe -and -not -name
\*.bat"
