Same here.  Current circa Jul 22.

/etc/objformat == OBJFORMAT=aout

make.conf == -O -pipe, NOPROFILE=true

make -j4 buildworld, dies at AutoSplit.pm
make aout-to-elf-buildworld does the same thing.  If you want the
make log let me know.
