I found a bug in net/py-wsdd/files/patch-etc_rc.d_wsdd that make this varia= ble ignored. Anyway edit /usr/local/etc/rc.d/wsdd to replace 'wsdd_suppflags' to 'wsdd_flags' and set -v to wsdd_flags in /etc/rc.conf.
