            Bug ID: 244487
           Summary: /usr/local/etc/apache24/httpd.conf shouldn't have
"LoadModule ssl_module" commented out by default
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Some People
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: sean@rogue-research.com

I'm trying to setup a FAMP stack for the first time ever, it's going pretty
well.

One small but helpful simplification could be made:

The default /usr/local/etc/apache24/httpd.conf file, around line 148, has t=
he
following commented out by default:=20

#LoadModule ssl_module libexec/apache24/mod_ssl.so

These days almost everyone wants https. Even if you don't end up using htt=
ps,
as best as I can tell there's no harm in having that uncommented by default.

It'd be one less step for newbies like me, making things a little
easier/faster.
