Commit messages for new ports need to specif= y this. Well, I think I failed to mention it in the PR. The port is a skeleton to build PDO pecl from php5 distribution. After some discussion with ale@ I gets convinced that we do not actually need the port, as pecl's are typically newer and should be used where possible.
