It is not plug-in issue. I am using 64-bit/66MHz GigE and OC-12 card
in 32-bit/33MHz PCI slot now, but you know you will not get the full
throughput in this condition. The whole idea is the price/performance
ration issue.

The cheapest 64-bit 66MHz motherboard is 370DLE which is above $300 in
retail price. The newest 32-bit/33MHz motherboard is about $85.
I hoped that there is a 32-bit/66MHz PCI bus motherboard below $125,
which is not existing :-(
