How do you know about 'russian'? adduser don't give any hint about.

Are you think just changed koi8 to utf8 in login.conf is enough? You
kidding. If we have saved /etc/adduser.conf -- we very likely have ton
of scripts koi8 cacpable (and utf8 incapabile). I am try, I am know.
