	Do we really want to force users to be root to install ports/packages? I
can think of lots of ways that this would be bad, since it dramatically
limits flexibility. I personally have a lot of things that are writable by
group wheel so that I can do some things (like download and extract stuff I
just want to look at) as a regular user. I might be misunderstanding
something here though...
