ftp-master was built from the ground up with no access to ftp.freebsd.org
and only a few hints about how things worked there.  There are bound to be
more things like this that turn up over time.

Anyway, I have added a few entries to the script that updates branches/
and development/FreeBSD-CVS/ so that this file gets generated each night
after the corresponding cvsup.
