Thanks for your interest! Unfortunately I don't believe that there has been any development on EBPF for FreeBSD for the past couple of years. At this point I don't anticipate seeing EBPF merge into the project. So unfortunately I can't really recommend any of the EBPF projects listed on the wiki as a GSoC project. If you are interested in non-EBPF projects, though, I'd definitely recommend that you pursue them.
