We use to have a fallback on ftp if fetch is not present on the system.

As fetch is present on all supported version I want to remove that part of
bsd.port.mk:
http://people.freebsd.org/~bapt/bsd.port.noftp.diff

Is there anything I'm missing?

is there still a use case for fallingback to ftp?

regards,
Bapt
