I was actually somewhat surprised by "why having proper repo-copies is important" question as well. :-/ Kurt, the answer to this perhaps could be easily found in your SVN manual. If you're not wondering why we just won't put the Ports Tree on FTP and update it by uploading fresh copies of files, reasons for repocopies and repomoves should IMHO be obvious. ./danfe
