I have to correct my comment #7, the suspect application is not a Go progra=

it's actually a Mono program.  Somehow I confused those two things.

Anyway, the problem is still present 13.1-STABLE 689d65d736bbed.
It still correlates with activity of that application.
file identifies the "executable" as ELF 64-bit LSB shared object, x86-64,
version 1 (FreeBSD), dynamically linked, interpreter /libexec/ld-elf.so.1, =
for
FreeBSD 11.3, FreeBSD-style
