$ man ntpd=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=
=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=
=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20

Problems. As in front of it in $MANPATH is:=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=

/usr/share/man/man8/ntpd.8.gz=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=

=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20

and all the other man pages for ntpd from base.=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=
=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20

I happened to realise what was happening, so I could have a look at man(1)=
=20=20=20=20=20=20
and:

$ man -M /usr/local/man: ntpd=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=
=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=
=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20

which prepends that path to $MANPATH and you then get to see the page from =
the
port.=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=
=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=
=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=20=
=20=20
