The patch drops CPU(ARM_TRADITIONAL), is this intentional?

Should it be removed since webkit-gtk3 and webkit2-gtk3 both still have the
ARM_TRADITIONAL in the ARMAssembler.h patch, or is it harmless and can be left
there?
