The following reply was made to PR ports/114344; it has been noted by GNATS. From: Federico Galvez-Durand <federicogalvezdurand@yahoo.com> To: Jason Bacon <bacon@smithers.neuro.mcw.edu>, bug-followup@FreeBSD.ORG Cc: Subject: Re: ports/114344: ports/science/afni broken Date: Sat, 7 Jul 2007 01:40:30 -0700 (PDT) It only reverses using SUMA_MOTIF_GLXAREA as default. I as far as I can see, it does not introduce any other regression regarding PR/113887. Is it possible to have SUMA_MOTIF_GLXAREA optional in the Makefile? Thank you for this very interesting tool. I'll have to look into this after I've had a chance to update to the latest ports snapshot, and see if I can come up with a patch set that will work on all the recent snapshots I have running.
