Thanks Warner,

4.4-STABLE is running fine on my Toshiba 4020CDT thanks to the new code
commit.  It did require a change in the BIOS though, as it would not
detect cards properly in CardBUS/PCIC Mode.  I forced the system to use
PCIC mode only, and it works perfectly (My Linksys 10/100 card is
working incredibly fast now).
