if_muge.c patch to enable LEDs if FDT is used.

The muge(4) driver does not enable the LEDs.
So there is no visible sign if the interface is working or not.

On the RPi 3B+ it is possible to enable LEDs, like Linux does.
The attached patch enables the LEDs in the same way.
