Not sure if this was the "correct" way to do it, but this is what i did. d/l from redhat.com those rpms. place them in /usr/compat/linux (i grabbed them from ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/updates/7.1/en/os/i386) run the following command rpm2cpio < glib.rpm > glib.cpio cpio -i -d -u < glib.cpio rpm2cpio is in ports if not installed. FYI: this will make some of the contents of the linux package invalid, so upgrading/deleting the package may give some errors. Also this has not been tested with other apps. i tested netscape and it still runs so that is good enough for me, but other things may not run. reborn should work semi ok after that (looping seem so have some problems), so enjoy your rave in a can experience. too bad Scream Tracker was never ported to *nix. :( To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-emulation" in the body of the message
