Yep, and there are other PRs opened for that. Someone was even working
on making an mkcatalog that did XML catalogs. This is really what's
needed for XML DTDs anyway. I'll investigate moving the catalog
location for scrollkeeper. If memory serves me, I tried this before,
and ran into problems.
