I haven't had a spontaneous reboot since changing SDRAM CAS Latency from Auto to 3, despite changing DRAM Timing from Fast to Normal. It most likely was caused by the PC100 SDRAM I purchased and since it may run well using CL2, the other non- PC100 SDRAM didn't like a faster CL timing value. Thanks to all for their input.
