	problem also encountered in 4.6-RC.
>Description:

devel/subversion installs version r1868 of subversion. in reality,
the subversion source tree is up to r2059.
>How-To-Repeat:

	read /usr/ports/devel/subversion/Makefile
>Fix:

quick fix: display a warning message in post-install telling
people to use the newly installed svn tools to checkout a more
	recent copy of svn.

	r1868 has a few minor problems, like a memleak. that's why a
	warning is needed.
