When ImageMagick is built with the HDRI option, the library is installed as libMagickWand-6.Q16HDRI.so instead of libMagickWand-6.Q16.so. libdmtx is perfectly usable in this situation. I do not know why the maintainer decided not to allow this configuration. If the HDRI option is not supported for ImageMagick, then it should probably be removed from the Makefile altogether. As it is now, users are complaining that libdmtx cannot be installed on their system, even though it is entirely possible to install and use. Suggestions for a better resolution are welcome.
