Notes:

. You'll need CURRENT to use both CPUs in SMP mode.
. The network card should pick up under the fxp driver.
. I don't see a SCSI adapter type, I assume it's an Adaptec of somesort.
  If it's a AIC7895-based you'll need CAM patches.

Looks okay to me, but you'll need to probe on the SCSI controller and 
video card type.
