Uhm, what is strange about that? Looks like a standard
NE2000 PCI clone.

If the card is recognized by the ed driver and works
correctly, there's nothing that has to be changed.
Although, for a server, a cheap NE2k clone isn't quite
the best thing, so you might want to change that. ;-)
