I would like to provide an update to your report. I am in the process of video taping a replacement for the advanced code reading class based on the FreeBSD 4.0 kernel. The production will be finished at the end of May and the course will be going on sale at the beginning of June (at the same prices as the current advanced course). I have just sold my last copy of the old version of the course and do not plan to produce any more copies of it (though I do still have numerous copies of FreeBSD 2.2.5 should some historians want me to produce more copies of it).
