To: freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG Message-Id: <945003920/bein@sanity.mass.pyramid.com> Sender: owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG Hi ... I am looking into purchasing a second hard drive and as well some kind of removable media. I am confused about whether the Adaptec 2940 I have is the same as a product I see in the stores advertised as "2940U2W" or if what I have is different. I would also like to know if using the external SCSI port on the back is a better idea than running a cable from the inside using the internal cabling. Any help/advise would be most welcome.
