Think of a CD-ROM with a bunch of HTML, PDF, etc. files on it. =20 I was thinking that someone would be able to burn a "doc disk" CD-ROM, and presto, they'd have an off-line Handbook. Obviously they need something to view the files, but this eliminates the need for them to have network access.
