Editor.app is a simple text editor, but it does 'on the fly' folding of text based on indentation, no special characters etc. required. I am utterly hooked to that feature, and none of the other so-called 'folding editors' I have seen so far come even close to the simplicity and ease of use. If someone out there knows of a folding editor that is based on indents, please let me know!
