You can find detailed instructions about rebuilding the entire FreeBSD
documentation set at the FreeBSD Documentation Project Primer for New
Conntributors.  It's available online at:

    http://www.FreeBSD.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/fdp-primer/

and locally (if you have installed the doc distribution) under
/usr/share/doc as usual at:

    /usr/share/doc/en/books/fdp-primer/
