For instance, if you see recipients like: questions@freebsd.org freebsd-questions@freebsd.org It's good to know when these are duplicates (aliases for the same list), and remove one of them. It certainly saves many hundreds of duplicate posts that the FreeBSD.org mail server has to handle :) - Giorgos
