Well, many of them already have "linux-" (for applications) and "linux_" (for infrastructure/support ports). We can make that a standard practice, as the "linux-" prefix is mostly used only when there is a corresponding FreeBSD version. As for the "linux" virtual category, I can add that to bsd.port.mk if people want it.
