Your machine ran out of swap. Either increase it (look at the FAQ & handbook for instructions) or add more memory. Or impose resource limits (can do it via login.conf and/or sendmail.cf -MaxDaemonChildren, RefuseLA, etc.-). Regards. Fernando P.
