Centrix International (http://www.centrix-intl.com/) claims to have them
for $14.99.  They're also running several Dutch auctions on eBay for Intel
DK440LX (Dakota) dual PII motherboards (with on-board 7895 and 82557) at
$199 each.

Note that I've never bought anything from them, though I'm thinking about
one of those Dakotas...
