Any suggestions or help would be > greatly appreciated. Shot in the dark here, but perhaps it is a difference in the USB version. Maybe old one had USB 1 and new one supports USB 2. If you have no USB devices (or want to see anyway), try going into BIOS and disabling or clocking down the USB ports. Good luck.
