I'm having difficulty compiling pgp26ii (IIRC),
but I'm wondering whether I should be using
this version in the first place.

I need to create a new pgp key to use with
tale's signcontrol script (for the purpose
of maintaining a public news hierarchy).  I'm 
not sure what is the best version to use for
this purpose.
