The best way probable would be to install freebsd on each drive separately. But you could put both of the on one drive. Just make a slice for one FreeBSD install and install it inside. Then run install again and make another slice and install another freebsd inside it, then install the Boot Manager. It'll get clealer when you see the installing fdisk screen, labale editor and boot manger selection dialog.
