What I think you're trying to ask is that you're connecting to a Unix server (which has X installed) on the remote end of your PPP connection. If this is the case, the answer is yes. You'll just have to download/buy/build/install/whatever some X emulation software like Exodus or Exceed or Xwing32 or something like that. And be prepared for less-than-phenomenal speeds; don't forget that you'll be doing this through a modem.
