Looks like it is zone transfer connections.
In one machine you have master zones.
On other machine the slave zones are configured to fetch data of certain
zone form your master zone server.
I think it is the reason of this connection.

In your master zone SOA you can change the setting like "expire" and zone
will be transferred more rarely.

I'm not 100 percents sure that this connections really belongs to zone
transfers. But it is possible.
