You've got two choices: ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.ORG/pub/FreeBSD/3.0-RELEASE/ or ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.ORG/pub/FreeBSD/development/cam/2.2CAM-19980716-SNAP/ The latter is the CAM code ported to -stable around the time of the 2.2.7 release.
