/etc/namedb has sample files. Edit your rc.conf:

named_enable="YES"              # Run named, the DNS server (or NO)."   
named_flags="-b /etc/namedb/named.boot"         # Flags to named (if enabled)."

And edit files as needed. If you need help with how to use DNS, 
run, don't walk, to a bookstore and get DNS and Bind by Albiz & Liu from
O'Reilly. It's indispensable.

Doug, why is your mail going out to "undisclosed mail list". I'm sure that
that's going to cause some peoples anti-spam filters to reject you. People
that could help.
