You should point out that BSDI recently bought Walnut Creek, the
biggest distributer of FreeBSD and IIRC, the actual entity that held
the trademark, FreeBSD(tm).

BSDI's and FreeBSD's code bases are too be merged. The differenced
between the two will be shrinking to almost nil in the near future.
