By looking at BestBuy's web page source, there are specific tests which exclude Opera and look for Navigator4 or IE (5?) browsers. I sometimes have to open a pulldown in a new tab to get it to "work", otherwise I seem to always wind up in Cameras on pulldown selection #2-n.
