need an ISP that supplies dedicated dialup at 33.6 or 56 v.90
with a local access number to the 562 425 -xxxx area of southern
california. I need six static IP addresses so FreeBSD machine
can dial into service, and act as router to other machines.
Can not use ISDN, Frame Relay or DSL in this area.
