It already has a touch screen and LCD along with 32mb of RAM, 16mb of flash, a serial port, sound in and out, compact flash socket and usb ports. They can be had for around $100 on ebay. The only problem is that it runs qnx and does not have full PC bios so no one has gotten FreeBSD or Linux to run on one *yet*. You can execute a properly formatted image from the compact flash by holding a button down at power up so in principle you could load PicoBSD that way. I'm working on getting PicoBSD to run on it, but it's a background task that I haven't put any cycles lately.
