Why is this a build depend?

"pkg -B gtk2" lists libcairo.so.2 as a required shared library.

For example, gtk2 installs

- gtk-demo
- gtk-query-immodules-2.0
- lib/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/engines/libpixmap.so

Both programs and the shared object have libcairo.so.2 in their dynamic sec=

as shown by "readelf -d".
