There is no /usr/local/openssl or /usr/local/ssl  On my other
(older) FreeBSD boxes I have those dir's and NETSSLeay. I did see
something about Sept. 2000. I think that was RSAREF. Anyway Tobias, I
can't use it. 

Mind you as soon as I ftp'ed 4.0-release, did a few quick things and got
it to 4.0-stable, maybe that messed it up. Who knows?
