As I said before there was no mention of a problem with xterm in the long
file UPDATING and thus is wasn't easy to see.  The real issue here is=20
that one *must* build from ports in order to get VirtualBox and the=20
required kernel bits to work. A dependency of VirtualBox is the whole
Xorg infrastructure and well here we are. However I am sure that will be
resolved in the 12.0 release with proper binary packages.
