The attached patch should fix it.  This should be copied over
/usr/ports/audio/gnomemedia/files/patch-ad.  This is a result of rev 1.165
to include/Makefile which removes compatibility links for
machine/soundcard.h and machine/joystick.h.

I guess we need to spend some extra effort looking for those in ports.
Maxim, permission to commit patch?
