The MySQL-activity can sometimes get rather high, and every once in a while a query or connection will fail with the message "unknown database 'some_db'". This seems to happen randomly, but usually always when the load is high. I know the database exists, eventhough MySQL sometimes claims it doesn't. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, found a solution? Currently I'm thinking about setting up a dedicated Linux MySQL-server, but I would much rather want a FreeBSD-box.... -- Morten A.
